• Return requests are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• All items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@greengoddessapothecary.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for safety and hygiene reasons.

The free Pick Up option is offered at checkout. This is available for customers local to Warren County, NJ. Pick up is available in Hackettstown/Mansfield, NJ. Place & Pay for your order online and then schedule a time that works for both of us.
